3. Payment: Payment is required prior to the scheduled reading. Refunds will only be issued in the case of technical issues or if the reader is unable to fulfill the appointment. Any extensions of the session will be taken as a fresh booking so the payment for that needs to be done before extending it.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellation of the appointment post the payment will be taken as the session taken unless the client has some medical issue.

5. Code of Conduct: Clients are expected to engage in respectful behavior during the reading. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the reading without a refund.

10. No Return or Refund Policy:

    1. Due to the personalized nature of our services, we do not offer returns or refunds once a service has been purchased and delivered.
